I took a Deep Yin class twice with Natasha and several days later I'm still feeling the effects. Deep Yin has a relaxed methodical approach to moving the body and holding it in specific poses. Natasha added tones from bowls that harmonized the room and accentuated the healing properties of the held positions. I got a serious case of goosebumps at one point because I realized it was working. Later on my road trip I stopped in a mall to order food. As I was waiting I found myself lightly bouncing and dancing in place to the holiday music. Had I not been to those classes I don't think I would've done that. My body was actually happier. This is some real therapy. Highly recommended.
I had THE BEST Kitchardee EVER yesterday made by Jessie. Wow! Really. So so so so delicious and full of nutrition. I am going to come back and get a few orders before the end of the week. Thank you for making such incredible food and for keeping the vibe of health and joy and love flowing through your wonderful cafe and studio. Sending lots of love and appreciation.
Stopped in for lunch today during a rush while they were short staffed. Still received service with a smile and although there was a bit of a wait for our food while they got caught up, it was well worth it! Great for those who enjoy eating clean and/or have dietary restrictions such as gluten free or vegetarian. Wish I had time to eat here again before leaving town!
