Your plumber, Cyrus, was very informative about the heat pump hot water units. He was over to fix some leaking fittings when we both pointed out the very rusty bottom of my water tank. I asked him questions about the newer tech in water heaters and he sold me right then. Your dispatcher, Ashley, was direct and efficient. I would most definitely recommend your company.

To put it bluntly, they saved my bacon. Furnace went out on a Saturday, I called and left a message with answering service on Sunday requesting a call ASAP on Monday. They called me at 7:30 Monday morning and had a technician at my house within the hour.It was right before a serious storm was to arrive and the tech had it figured out and fixed in no time. Thanks Larry (hope I got that name right) :)
