I got a message that they would be here between 7-9 am and I stayed home, so my dog wouldn't go crazy, but after 10, I had to go to work. I came home for lunch at 1:30 and they were just finishing up. Either don't sent out a message with a time slot, or do it accurately, so I didn't have to miss an hour of work for nothing.“
