We determined the one working water heater would suffice for the short term, which meant it was not an emergency requiring immediate more costly weekend service.
Also Ray Plumbing did a job for us 2 years ago. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable.“

“He did good work with the coworker. He explained what he did. He however put one piece of metal on the top of the water heater that was not the type he needed as he did not have it so the hardware on top was taller than needed. Hope at some point it could be fixed. He returned as I called Coastal back as I thought the tank was leaking after they left as there was water at the bottom. They returned and determined it was from the overflow valve that they used and explained the water went under the tank. They brought in devise to clean up water from bottom of back of tank that was under it and wiped up. He additionally insulated the hot tap on top so it would prevent someone from touching a hot pipe. I did not take photos and I am not there now. He is an excellent worker with very personal and positive attitude and work ethic.“
