After having had a bad experience some months ago regarding the improper installation of a new Campbell outdoor water hydrant (as the unit nearly stopped allowing water to pass). The RH Foster company in Dennysville (Eastern Maine Plumbing) sent one of their plumbers to our home to check the faulty installation. After one visit and a presuure check on our water system to insure there were no leaks, they sent two plumbers who removed the hydrant and then properly installed it. The water is now gushing out the same as when it was installed nearly 20 years ago. Fabulous job to the men from Eastern Maine plumbing! You guys are really appreciated!

I have been a customer for 5 years however I will be changing to another company after long wait times for delivery of heating oil and propane. Specifically, my latest oil delivery on 3 Jan 25 took nearly 3 weeks to fill the tank and propane was not much better. Over the last 5 years, deliveries have taken at least a week, minimum, most of the time closer to 2 weeks. R.H Foster, you have to do better!

From the very start of my journey with changing to RHF, Jackie made me feel at ease with my million questions. She went above and beyond to explain every detail for me. The 2 guys ( didn’t catch their names)who came and installed my new tank were AWESOME! Very professional and I was very impressed with their knowledge and efficiency. Thank you RHF!
