I called to get information on two generators I’ll be needing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding of what I was looking for. They offered to set up on-site consultations at both properties to review replacement options or discuss installing entirely new units if I decide to relocate them.
I was especially impressed with their service plan and extended warranty options for the Generac units—it all seems like a great value. I’ll definitely be reaching back out in the spring to finalize the details. Highly recommend based on this experience. Very reasonable!
Moriarty sold to us and services our backup generator. Over the years they have been wonderful to work with. The staff from sales to service and the office support have all been professional and knowledgeable. The occasional issues (battery failed, or when CMP, after a widespread outage, only providing partial power causing the generator to run (as it should) until CMP reestablished full power) have been managed promptly, always with appropriate recommendations and the assurance that they were with us until the problems were resolved, regardless of the time of day or day of the week.
