I’d like to thank everyone at Moriarty who expedited a solution to our rogue Generac generator that just decided to start up without a power loss. The tech arrived quickly, a problem diagnosed, parts acquired and installed, and a generator back in service faster than I expected. Thank you all for such great warranty service.

I called to get information on two generators I’ll be needing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding of what I was looking for. They offered to set up on-site consultations at both properties to review replacement options or discuss installing entirely new units if I decide to relocate them.

I was especially impressed with their service plan and extended warranty options for the Generac units—it all seems like a great value. I’ll definitely be reaching back out in the spring to finalize the details. Highly recommend based on this experience. Very reasonable!
