Moriarty Electric Co
“After living with my new Generac generator and electrical upgrades for several months, I can confidently say that choosing Moriarty Electric was one of the best investments I've ever made.
Installing a generator during a New Hampshire winter isn't easy, but the team literally thawed the frozen ground to complete the installation. Their dedication, planning, and workmanship were impressive from start to finish.
Every interaction with Moriarty Electric exceeded my expectations. The sales experience was refreshingly honest, informative, and completely pressure-free. Customer service was exceptional at every point of contact. Every electrician who came into my home—regardless of their role—was professional, respectful, patient, and highly skilled. They answered my many questions, responded promptly to my emails, and were incredibly considerate of the fact that I work from home. They even accommodated my requests for quiet during client sessions and meetings without hesitation.
In addition to installing my Generac generator, they updated my indoor lighting with beautiful track lighting, new fixtures, and switches. The craftsmanship is outstanding. I genuinely enjoyed the company of the electrician who completed much of the interior work. It's rare to find professionals who are not only experts in their trade but also kind, personable, and a pleasure to have in your home.
Living alone, the peace of mind this generator provides is invaluable. The gentle hum of the generator means that when the power goes out, my work doesn't. My internet stays on, I don't have to cancel clients or rearrange my schedule, and I can continue working without missing a beat. Knowing my home is protected and that the system is backed by a 10-year warranty gives me tremendous confidence that I made the right decision.
Moriarty Electric is the definition of professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship. Every person I interacted with represented the company with kindness, courtesy, and genuine pride in their work. They are sophisticated in their approach, meticulous in their craftsmanship, and worth every hard-earned penny.
If you're considering a Generac generator or electrical work, I recommend Moriarty Electric without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for an exceptional experience from beginning to end.”
