“Great experience today with Tim. I called him concerning a possible odor coming from one of the heat pumps that Tim expertly installed a couple of years ago. He called me back immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly determined that the odor source was not coming from the heat pump and possibly from an electrical appliance. The odor has since dissipated and all is well. No charge visit. He wouldn’t even take home made cookies!“
