Great experience today with Tim. I called him concerning a possible odor coming from one of the heat pumps that Tim expertly installed a couple of years ago. He called me back immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly determined that the odor source was not coming from the heat pump and possibly from an electrical appliance. The odor has since dissipated and all is well. No charge visit. He wouldn’t even take home made cookies!

Very quick to respond to my call, came same day to look it over, prepared an estimate and returned to do the work the following week. Tim and his helper (both licensed to work on natural gas boilers) replaced my old hot water tank, added a mixing valve, a second expansion tank and replaced a few other valves. Excellent work ethic and quality work done.

I texted Tim on a Saturday night regarding my boiler (the burner was off). He responded to my text quickly and explained what the issues could be. With his input, and a change of thermostat batteries, the burner came back on. He also offered to come over and check it out that night or on Sunday. Thank you, Tim, for your responsiveness, your knowledge, and for the peace of mind in knowing that you’re only a phone call or text away!
