“I love the way I feel after a training session at Wilcox. My body feels so much stronger since I began and now craves movement. I love being able to take the functional training I’ve learned and use it in my everyday life, such as when shoveling snow. It is a very welcoming atmosphere and a positive community of folks. The staff are great and encouraging. I really look forward to going to the gym!!“
