To frame my review, first let me preface with the fact that we extensively researched builders before making the decision to work with Main Eco Homes. The determining factors were customer satisfaction, their in-town (Bridgton) location, their great reputation, and the appeal of their beautiful homes—thankfully we made the right decision to work with MEH, as they have exceeded all our expectations.As of the current date in December 2023, it has been approximately one year and four days since we moved into our custom home built by Main Eco Homes. From my initial outreach to MEH in November of 2021, my experience has been incredible. Upon commencement of putting together a contract, I met with the owner, Justin McIver, who meticulously reviewed every significant detail of the proposed home in a personalized, one-on-one setting. Each one of my requests and questions was met with answers and options. When the time came to finalize the contract, everything was explained to me with clarity, giving me the information necessary to proceed with confidence.Throughout the homebuilding process, I chose to be an active participant, being introduced to every contractor working on the project. This allowed me to form connections and establish rapport with each professional involved. Above all, my project manager, Ben, quickly emerged as my most dedicated advocate and collaborator—never once did I feel that my concerns or requests were dismissed or downplayed. Ben always responded to my calls and texts, regardless of the time or day, and even continues to do so to this day. Ben and Camryn, MEH's interior designer, also gave me extensive guidance on interior/exterior design, and even even made introductions to amazing individuals who aided in furnishing and designing the home.One of the things that amazed me was the remarkable ability of our project manager, Ben, to accurately keep track of every single detail, whether we had forgotten them or not—this is just one small example that details the level of care and professionalism shown to us during the process.The last few weeks of the project were particularly special, as we witnessed the entire home coming together. Having surpassed all our expectations, our project was completed ahead of schedule. Following the move into our new home, MEH has remained committed to standing behind their work, promptly addressing any issues that arise—of which there have been very few. I have never been made to feel like an inconvenience with any request, and the resolution of my concerns have always been promptly addressed with a high level of professionalism.Building a custom home is a HUGE undertaking, and choosing your builder is a a decision not to be taken lightly. This process is capable of becoming one of the best or worst experiences of your life. Fortunately, for us, and for many others who shared a similar journey with MEH, it has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. I have no doubt that this is the direct result of working with Justin and his amazing team at MEH.I want to give a huge shoutout to our project manager and MVP, Ben, and express my deepest appreciation to Justin, Ryan (Electrician), Tyler (HVAC), Ed, Rob, Wayne, Greg, Camryn, Lisa, Danielle, Chris, Josh, and many the other unnamed professionals who contributed to the project. MEH has not only delivered us a beautiful custom home, but has also provided outstanding customer experience, and for that, I will forever be grateful and satisfied.

I had not had my carpet cleaned in 7 years from when I purchased my home. I found myself looking at the carpet disgusted with it. I got in contact with Extreme Clean and they were out to my house in a very timely manner. I can't be more happy with the results and for a great price on top of the service. I will be having them come much more often now that I've had such a great experience.
We had a serious leak in our basement. Regular plumber, who I had used for years, did not answer the phone or return our call. On the advice of a friend I called Collins who came right out. There was a defective part causing the leak. Collins did not have the correct part but were able to stop the leak temporarily until they got the correct part. Two days later they came with the correct part and corrected the situation. No issues since. The service guys were friendly and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend them.

Everlast metal roofing is by far the best product available on the market. We have used there roofing for 10+ years and never once had any issues. They stand behind there products high quality and highly recommended.
Excellent service and the cut looks and feels good. Was really nice to be outside on the shady porch. Gary is very experienced and gets right to the point which I appreciate. A little bit more expensive, but if you value quality from a master of his craft I'd definitely recommend him. His website booking is down but you can just text or call.

Jamison did a wonderful job in accomadating our party of three for wedding hairstyles. We went in not knowing what we wanted, she asked questions and did a fabulous job with a vision for all 3 hairstyles. We all walked out very pleased! If I am back in that area again I would not hesitate to go there again!
Tony and Larry were responsive from beginning to end and the Treeco crew was efficient in clearing and cleanup. They went the extra mile for us by sawing some of the hardwood into wood stove lengths so we can split it later. They hit all the right bases: professional, affordable, and a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely recommend them to friends and clients looking for tree work.
I've always had a good experience here. I love that I can walk in because I don't often plan these things in advance. I've had a few pedicures here as well as eyebrow waxing. I'm glad to have this family run business in downtown Bridgton.
