The staff is professional, welcoming, and pleasant, taking the time to answer questions and explain procedures. They are patient and caring, even with "difficult" pets, and make them feel comfortable. The facility is clean and comfortable to pet owners' needs. With a friendly and professional atmosphere, Dr. Wheeler and the clinical staff provide outstanding care, making pets feel comfortable and owners confident in the care they receive.
We are so happy with the loving care given to our puppy, Princess Poppy. She was recently spayed. The experience was wonderful. We were well informed prior to the surgery. The day of went very smoothly and all our concerns were addressed. The day following I texted them a couple of questions and received prompt thorough replies. They also called to check in on her. I had also gone to the in the past for my beloved cat, Mr Kitty. When it was clear that nothing more could be done for him, they explained our options with compassion and professionalism. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking excellent care for their pets.
Overall experience was great. The doctor was super knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. We got results from the Lyme test almost immediately and walked out the door with the medicine in a short period of time.
Unbelievable willingness to squeeze in an urgent, non-patient, appointment before closing. Wonderful staff that were to accommodating and clearly enjoy their work. Cleanest and most inviting lobby to set the mood for the visit.
