LaNell is phenomenal! If you're looking for someone who's experienced and straightforward while also being warm and welcoming, this is the place and person to go to! I've been to a variety of salons in the Portland area that were "trendier" or claimed to be high-end, and I got basically a chop job and in fact, a time or two, what felt like the opposite of what I asked for. I have very very thick, coarse hair with a wave/slight curl (with the right cut). LaNell didn't hesitate, and gave me one of the fastest and most accurate cuts I've ever had. 10/10. I'd recommend to anyone!!
