I drove all the way from Steuben to ask about insurance coverage for eyeglasses, and the customer service was neither helpful nor welcoming. It felt like they had no interest in assisting. They could definitely improve on customer service and making people feel more welcome.

It is my first time getting prescription glasses. I found out I need another test to order online, and was told when I called to go back and go to Optical. I had an eye exam the previous day at the Vision care in Brewer ( they were great ). I asked if it was where I had the eye exam and was told no Optical, so I assumed it was out front. The roman I encountered was so rude. She kept asking me in a snotty voice if I was getting an eye exam. I kept saying no, and she rolled her eyes and I just walked away. I work with the public and would have never been so rude especially to someone that needed help. That woman needs a lesson in manners, some empathy, or a different job....read full review

I have gone to Walmart several times now for glasses. The glasses are at a fantastic price! I was able to get two pair of glasses for the cost of one pair at my eye doctors office. She broke her glasses at one point, and I was able to bring them in and had them repaired at no cost within minutes. They are quick, professional and provide great service at a great price!
