I arrived at 8am for my appointment. I was greeted at the door by both of the guys that were working. Both were very nice and welcoming. My inspection took about 20-30 minutes. They seemed to be very thorough w the inspection. The hardest part with vehicles I feel like is finding honest people to work on them and I’ve had a really good first impression here. Walker’s is also the cleanest garage and office space I’ve ever been to when doing anything automobile related. Great waiting area as well. Kid friendly as well. Already booked my next appt.

I’ve been nothing but happy with the service I’ve received at Walker’s Garage since moving to Maine. Their team has been fully transparent with me about the repairs my car needs and always take the time to answer my questions. After the work was completed today, my car is driving better than it ever has before. I cannot thank them enough as an out-of-state transplant with an older vehicle! It’s so nice to have a mechanic you can 100% trust.

Last week I brought my car to this garage for the 1st time and let me tell you, I won't go anywhere else now. Bill and his team were pleasant as soon as I walked in the door. They ran a full diagnostic on it and sent me an easy to use link to see what was good, what was going to need work soon and what was needing to be fixed right away. They sent pictures and I was able to approve the work before it was even done, given a full estimate link too. I had a bad steering rack and hadn't approved the work.
