We experienced a chimney fire in early March. Penobscot Cleaners came within 1 day of our phone call to provide an estimate and detailed cleaning process. They came right on time (actually early) and did a detailed cleaning for three days straight. My wife is OCD and was very happy with the cleaning and removal of the creosote smell in house and furniture. They worked seamlessly with the insurance adjuster and reduced our stress immensely. They are our first call for any cleaning needs. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

They turned a disaster into a survivable situation from water damage on the second floor which went thru the first floor and then into the basement. I’m pleased I reached out to them.
