We had a Great Experience with Penobscot Cleaning. The cleanup involved removing cigarette smell and residue from several rooms in the house. They cleaned the walls, HVAC system and carpets. We have noticed a marked improvement following completion. We always knew we would need to repaint following the cleanup and Penobscot left us in great shape to now apply paint to clean surfaces. We are very pleased with the services they provided and the professional manner in which they provided them.

They scheduled my appointment quickly, came out to Castine to evaluate the scope, provided a comprehensive estimate, and best of all, did the work promptly and thoroughly. They were friendly and knowledgeable about mold and its destructive nature, and helped me troubleshoot to find explanations and solutions to prevent it from coming back.
