I would rate her an 11 if I could! Tori is both professional and kindhearted. An absolute godsend to my aging dogs. I value her knowledge and her business model. A blessing to this community.

Tori is exceptional! We had to put our 14 year old cat down. ?She was like a Angel for us. Softly came in, gently letting our cat pass peacefully and leaving with our pet with kind hands.The way she lifts your pet after passing is so gentle and swift. She sat on our kitchen floor and spoke with our cat like it was her own. (How a sad day can be so peaceful) because of her! ?

Tori just came to my house today to check on my cat with some sudden peeing problems and she was absolutely fantastic. She was so kind and caring and we are working on solving the issue!She responded to my online inquiry the same day I submitted it and was able to come the following day. Every other vet I called had a two month wait at least.My house was a little chaotic with toddlers running around and she was so lovely and understanding.I'm going to recommend her to everyone I know!
