I've had a Dead River Annual Service Plan for a number of years now and I can't say enough positive things regarding my experiences with the services they've provided. This winter in particular they went above and beyond with repeated heating service-related calls - across all hours and days of the week - and they restored my heat each time. The dependability and customer service friendly nature with which they consistently provide the services is to be commended! I highly recommend Dead River.

My propane tanks had shifted due to spring thaw . The technicians came right away and were able to fix it on the spot. They did a great job and how they are placed on crushed rock and a round disk, looks like a better set up than the previous cinder bocks. I am thrilled with the speed and quality of the service. These guys deserve a raise .
