Worst customer service ever! First appointment made, they showed up an hour early and expected me home. Next appointment, between 1p and 2p. I called at 3:30 to say I was still waiting. The woman acted like I didn't have an appointment and said someone was in the area and could they come between 4:30p and 5:30p? I WAS NOT HAPPY and reluctantly agreed. They NEVER showed up!! The woman I talked to never apologized for not having my appointment down, and acted as if she didn't care if they came or not! Thanks for NOT coming to make my chimney save! And you guy's installed the liner!!!
They are very prompt and competent, as well as being genuinely nice guys.
