I can't recommend them highly enough! We had some concerns with our chimney in winter and called and left a voicemail with multiple companies. Of all the places we called, Crump's was the only one to call us back, and we're so glad they did! He came out and gave us an estimate promptly (considering it was peak season for them), and provided us with an extremely thorough and candid evaluation of both our chimneys. I contacted Crumps in January of this year to set up an assessment for some concerns that I had in regards to two different fireplaces at my house. It took a few months to get him here, which was reasonable considering I called during the busy season, but when the time arrive, he showed up on the day that he said he would when we talked two months ago. His inspection was extremely thorough including getting a good eyeball on the roof, checking out the flashing, checking clearances of combustibles, he assessed the integrity of the brick and capstones. Had a pellet stove installed by Crump's, I found them to be incredibly professional and friendly. He discussed the work prior to and again on site to ensure we were going to be happy with the completed task and the location. I am incredibly pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
