David was wonderful. He was friendly and thorough. Can't ask for much more! He is very fairly priced and emailed me the full report very quickly, and was able to come out quickly & arrived on time (early even!). 10/10 service!

David is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We absolutely recommend working with him for your home inspection needs. He looked at a house from 1909 and made an extensive list of both the bad *and* the good, which I really appreciated. He was extremely timely, and got the report back to us the very next day. We will certainly be using him again, if we need another inspection in the future! :)

He was at the location that same week, did a very thorough unspection, and as a result, I was delivered a very comprehensive report just 24 hours after the inspection. And just as important, his pricing was very fair and reasonable compared to an inspection business I had called earlier that same day. Thank you David!
