“I have been coming to this office for decades. The new atmosphere is so clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing as well. They are patient and listen. I would recommend this location to friends and family.. if a stranger asked I would tell them the same.”
Dr. Douglass
“I had an excellent experience at this practice from start to finish. The quality of care was consistently high at every step. The reception team set the tone immediately. I was greeted with warmth, eye contact, and professionalism that was genuine and attentive. The technician was thorough and thoughtful during the pre-exam process. She didn’t rush and each step was intentional. I appreciated the time taken to ensure care at a high standard. During the exam, I was impressed by how advanced diagnostic technology was paired with clear clinical insight. The use of state-of-the-art tools was grounded in experience and practical understanding. I was understood, and my concerns were clearly addressed. The doctor introduced Neurolenses, which use contoured prism technology to support visual alignment, and explained the recommendation in a way that was straightforward and easy to follow. The optical team continued that same standard. They reviewed pricing clearly, provided a detailed quote, explained lens options, and helped me select frames that suited me well. The process was helpful and detailed. From scheduling through frame selection, the care remained exemplary and professional. This practice integrates advanced optometric technology with experienced, patient-centered service. I appreciate the expertise of the entire team.”
