I am a new patient here. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I get nervous for eye appointments in general, and when I started to feel faint during my appointment, I was treated with kindness and genuine help. I didn't feel judged and if anyone wasn't sure how to help me, they communicated with each other and me to come up with other options to try to help. Believe it or not, lots of doctors/nurses either don't know what to do in those situations or choose not to do anything, so I'm impressed by the way this team helped me. I highly recommend them.
