Last Saturday we had an emergency, our pellet stove stopped working. It was at 11pm so we really were looking for someone who repairs pellet stoves for Monday, but to our surprise we called Crumps and they actually answered the phone. They came out at midnight and repaired our pellet stove. We really would like to thank Ken the technician who arrived. The price was fair and quick. He gave me some pointers on upkeep and smiled. They came out to do a chimney inspection for me. They found things the home inspector did not find. This seems to be a problem with home inspection companies, not being knowledgeable. Crumps saved us $9500.00 dollars from the hidden dangers they found. If you buy a house you should call Crump’s for chimney inspections. I would like to thank Ken for coming out at the last minute.

Crump's Stove Chimney Supply Company, specifically Ken, is amazing. I get my pellet stove serviced every year and am always impressed with the work. Most recently I called because my pellet stove wouldn't turn on. Ken did some research and came the next day. He did some troubleshooting and found and fixed the problem.
