I am happy to recommend Plourde's to anyone in the Augusta area who needs an electrician. Unlike most electricians, plumbers and roofers who let calls go to voice mail and often don't bother calling back, Plourde's answers the phone and provides excellent customer service. Steve, the owner of the company stopped by just a couple hours after I called and quickly resolved the problem which had left my friend without power. I will definitely call them again for any future electrical needs.
Called in on a Friday afternoon when my outlets went out, they got here 730AM Monday and were done within an hour, issue fixed with no hassle. Polite and knowledgeable. Great job!
