It was a much better experience than we’ve had at the hospital, and I really appreciated the care and compassion they showed.“

“The young lady who got me set up with my machine was great. All very easy and convenient. However, the 3rd party company for supplies is considerably less helpful. They contact you to order supplies regardless of whether you actually are due any, and regardless of whether insurance is ready to cover more. They called to tell me to order supplies, and I requested that they check insurance and get back to me and they never did, I assume because insurance wasn't ready to cover more and they weren't going to make any money. The most annoying thing so far is that there is a Kennebec Pharmacy app that NO ONE seems to know what to do with! KP staff have been wonderful but all have no idea what to do with it or that it even existed, and the app maker who's 800 number is on the home screen of the app doesn't even know they make it for KP! So no way to even know what the app is supposed to do. The local staff are very thorough and helpful as best they can be, but all of the services aside from them lead to a very poor experience overall.“
