It was quick and easy to get in and be treated. It was also late in the evening so I really appreciated being able to get my child care at such a time. Everyone was kind and professional.

I had a really good experience with ConvenientMD. I did a virtual visit and everything was super easy from start to finish. Check-in was quick, and I had a 10:15 appointment — they were right on time, which I really appreciated. The nurse I had was amazing (I think she used to be a paramedic), and the doctor online was great too( Im bed at remembering names). Both were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable, met all my needs. Overall, it was fast, smooth, and honestly way less stressful than going to any other ER or hospital. I’d definitely use them again!
