We had a water issue due to a refrigerator gone crazy. Brandon, our project manager was first to arrive. He did a very detailed assessment, was very clear with his information and the process of clean-up. Next day Cameron & Zach arrive to place all the equipment to dry us out. They were incredibly polite and as they placed the fans etc. they kept me informed of the “what and why”. They were, by far, the best experience I have had with service people in my home. The SERVPRO crew of Biddeford-Saco did a great job of responding, addressing and solving the water issue we had. The team/crew of Brandon, Ashley, Jason, & Jake were very attentive, considerate, courteous, and professional. They responded quickly and monitored the issue and kept us informed until it was resolved. Thank you everyone

Kennebunk Fire Rescue Central Station flooded due to a failed water heater in Town Hall in late Friday afternoon April 17 before a holiday weekend. Crews were out for several hours handling emergency calls so it was not noticed until there were several inches of water throughout the entire station. We are used to working with ServPro for clean up after house fires, we are not used to being the customer. The crew worked extremely quickly and efficiently to mitigate our water problem and get us towards drying the station out.
