Stopped by during a road trip with a coolant leak and some vibration. The team took a quick look, explained everything clearly, and didn’t push any unnecessary repairs.
Super friendly staff - the woman at the front desk was awesome. The waiting area is really nice too, with a Nespresso machine and San Pellegrino. Everything is very clean and professional.
The mechanics also looked sharp and on point, which gives you extra confidence.
Honestly, one of the best shops I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
Vanessa and Nate are the best. Vanessa talked me through what they would do. Nate did a thorough look over identifying my problem and repairing it. After going twice to another Indy BMW/European car garage in Freeport to no avail, I found M LABS. All my work will be done through them moving forward. If you’re in Maine and need BMW work they stand by their service. Price was very good as well.
Just had another great experience with LAB. Though it was just for standard car maintenance: oil change, new tires, suspension bits, and inspection; they payed attention to the whole of the car, communicating with me about potential issues that could be resolved while the car was on the lift, saving me time and money with a future return and repair. In short, continued great customer service.
