This was a fantastic experience. My HVAC unit wasn't working and I needed someone to come today. Joe showed up, immediately identified the issue and made the repair. He carefully explained each step he would take so I knew what had happened. He was friendly, respectful and certainly knew his stuff. Wouldn't hesitate to use Chesapeake Air again if needed.
