“I have been going here for about six month for eyelash extensions. They look great and the team works with you to suggest ideas, etc. I've never heard a complaint while in there.

The location is convenient with ample parking. The beds are comfortable and well-maintained. (I occasionally doze off!) This includes having cozy blankets for the chillier months and a basket in which to place a purse so you don't have it on the floor.

I can't say enough great things about the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and professional. As an example, I'd had a knee procedure and wasn't sure I'd be comfortable with the bend of my knee on the chair. They offered me something to prop my knee and brought me an ice pack wrapped in towel. I was not expecting that! The only thing I'd suggest changing is the music. It's not relaxing or soothing, which I feel the overall nature of service calls for. But it's not a non-starter for me in any way. Just something I'd change if asked.

I will say that it was disappointing trying to come during posted business hours and it was closed. No sign about when it’ll open. If it says it’s open on google it should be open when customers arrive. This seems to be a common problem at Columbia Mall that I hope resolves soon. Currently 10:40am“

I got my lashes done on Thursday and I lost a big chunk of them on Sunday not sure how so I messaged them yesterday asking if they could do something for me and the very kind ladies were able to fit me in last minute and they were able to fix them for me just wanna let you know Customer Service at PIKESVILLE location is outstanding I love the girls here. “Joey did my make up and hair for my wedding. I loved how the look turned out! The make up was wonderful yet natural looking, and the hairstyle turned out better than what I had asked for. I had three different outfits and looks for the wedding, so Joey stayed for the whole duration of the event and helped me change looks and do touch ups all throughout the night. She is extremely nice, patient, and very good at what she does! I have monolid eyes, so I knew I needed to find a make up artist who would be familiar with doing that type of eye makeup. I am so glad I went with Joey because she was very knowledgeable on how to make monolid eyes appear larger yet still very natural. Highly recommend Joey!“
