“I came to Brow Bar as a first-time customer and had a wonderful experience. One of the things I loved most was being able to walk in without an appointment—it made the process so convenient.

My technician was fast, gentle, and did an amazing job. I naturally have thick eyebrows, and she shaped and arched them beautifully. For years, no one has been able to get my left eyebrow to arch as well as my right, but she was able to achieve it using nothing but a piece of thread! I was genuinely impressed.

This was also my first time having my eyebrows threaded instead of waxed, and I can confidently say I'll be returning. The pricing is phenomenal, the service was excellent, and the results exceeded my expectations.

“I have been a client at vanity for years and have never had a bad experience. Mel, the owner, is a sweetheart, and the rest of the team is very talented too. I routinely get lash lifts and brow shaping. While the services are pricy, I do feel it’s worth the value since it lasts a while and I can roll out of bed with no need for makeup. When I want extra pampering I really enjoy their facials. I really like that they give you a little shoulder massage while the mask processes too! Overall I highly recommend Vanity… the staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is nice, and the results are proven.“

“Arzoo is always great! I’ve been coming to her almost two years now. My original eye brow technician worked at Art Brow at Arundel Mills but she left and I had to find a new technician. After a few mishaps I found Arzoo and she is PHENOMENAL!!! When she’s out I wait for her to come back no matter how long it takes. Before finding her, another technician messed up my right eyebrow. Arzoo has been the only one to make that mistake look beautiful. It takes skills to fix someone else’s hatchet job. “I love this salon! When I describe it to people, I tell them it’s like something you would see in a small town in the movies where everyone (employees and clients) is friendly and knows each other. I’ll never forget the first time I went there 4 years ago and everyone was having group conversation that I was suddenly a part of. They make you feel comfortable and part of the group. I only go about twice a year, but each time is like catching up with old friends.

I also love my haircuts and color and especially love how they treat my four year old son. I’ve seen both Renee and Jess and they are both awesome. I was really apprehensive for my son’s first haircut because he was a typical toddler boy. He cried the whole time, refused the cape and moved a lot, but his hair still turned out awesome - Jess was so patient and kind. After the first time, my son loved going back! I arranged for him to be picked up so he didn’t have to sit through my hair color and cut, but he loved being there so much he stayed. The ladies included him in my hair cut by getting a step stool to help wash my hair, he loved it! And they loved him. It’s hard not to love this place!“
