I just had to respond because it was so innocent and obviously Kim was a good business woman and tried to multitask. Once you surprisingly said something she didn’t wrap my nail. And yes it only took 2 minutes when Kim actually did it. If something this small upsets you, I’m sad for you. There must be something else going on in your life and I’m sorry and hope you find happiness. Kim quickly did not wrap my nail and continued to accommodate you. She does a wonderful job and she should never get a bad review for just trying to accommodate us both. Your finished nails looked beautiful. Not only is the space, cozy, welcoming, and comfortable but Maxine goes out of her way to give you the best experience possible. She tailors her services to meet your needs. I am so happy I gave her a call and booked! I highly recommend the scalp massage as an add on. I’m extremely sensitive and usually don’t want to trust facials for the risk of breakouts but my skin truly hasn’t felt this good in a while. I will be back! 10/10“
