This company and its personnel are life savers. From Sean who picked up the phone the first time I called looking for service, to John the Tech, and Moses the senior tech. Narrating my whole story will take a whole book, but I'll say this. They are very reliable, affordable, Profesional, responsive etc. Opening up a new business with commercial freezers, I was left stranded by another martinsburg-based company, but Affordable Aire came in and saved the day. Needless to say they are now my regular go-to service company for my business, and if need be, my home. Thanks guys.

In 2021 Affordable Aire replaced our church's two 1950 gas furnace system with a new 2 HVAC system when four other HVAC providers told us it could not be done using our existing ductwork. They also added devices that pulled air from outside filtered it through the systems MERV 13 filters and then through an Ionizer.
Affordable Aire beat the quotes of 3 of the HVAC companies and the fourth just said it wasn't possible.
The church thanks God and Affordable Aire for designing and installing a system that provides air quality they feel comfortable and less likely to contract COVID or some other sickness in.

The service technician came down to assist Community Garden Market in Shepherdstown, with a reach-in freezer issue that has plagued us since install in 2015. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leaking issue and returned a day later to fix an additional issue of a leaking fitting to stop of frozen water dam buildup. Excellent communication on their part even without good internal communication on our part. They stood by their repair and checked back with us and handled everything in a highly professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company other than we are certainly going use them in the future for all our HVAC and Refrigeration needs!
