I sought bids from several plumbers to replace a leaking propane gas fired hot water heater either in-kind or with a tankless water heater. Whitehall gave me the best prices and we went the tankless route. This was a somewhat complicated and involved job with a lot of details to attend to. Working with Laura, the General Manager, on the proposal, contract, scheduling and payment was great - very professional. An experienced tech came out to plan the job. The two techs that did the job put in a long day and came back for a few hours the next day to finish some details. The completed job is very impressive. I made an appointment to have a water pipe hole repaired. They came the same day (even though the appointment was for the next day), did an amazing job, faster than I believed possible, and charged much less than I expected. The quality of the work is great, and I will be calling them again whenever I need plumbing.
