I called Jeff with a sump pump issue and water in my cellar. He walked me through trouble shooting and assisted, via phone, getting my pump working. Very kind, competent and local (I love to support local business)Highly recommend!! Pam
Jeff is great! He came in a timely fashion to fix my hot water heater and assessed my problem quickly. He showed me the problem and had all the parts to get me fixed up. I also felt his price was very fair and didn’t take advantage of my situation. Thanks Jeff!!!
Called about a leaking gauge for the well pump. Was told that it’s an easy fix ($11 for new gauge at Ace Hardware) and they’ll walk me through doing it rather than coming to my house and charging me the minimum fee. I sent them a few pictures via text then they called to give me step by step instructions. Five minutes later... no leak! What an honest business and will definitely contact again for plumbing needs
