“I've only had 2 sessions with Lauren, and I'm already racing to leave a review. She is a miracle worker!I've tried physical therapy at several other locations and fully expected to go through the motions (w/o relief) to satisfy my insurance requirements in order to get an MRI. Now, I wonder if I will even need one at all. This is the first time I have been able to walk with minimal pain in months!! My only regret is that I didn't pursue it sooner!In past experiences at other locations, I've been given heat/ice, a tens machine, or used an exercise bike. I was given exercises and used weights once- the latter was almost helpful. It was never 1:1, I didn't feel like I was listened to or that they cared.My experience with Lauren couldn't have been more different! She is so friendly and personable, an appointment feels more like meeting up with a friend at the gym. She listens, asks questions along the way, and tailors exercises based on my responses. She is super knowledgeable, I appreciate her explaining the reasoning behind doing certain exercises or not pushing past the pain.
