Dr. Potter was very easy to talk with about what was going on with my health. He is very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns regarding a fall I recently had. I am very pleased with him being my doctor and look forward to a long-lasting relationship with him being my doctor.
Dr. Potter is great. However his office administration is problematic. Had DXA scheduled in Gaithersburg at 10am and mtg with Potter at Rt29 office at 10:30. Office no notification that blood work was needed. When I asked to speak with office administrator no response. Suggest Dr Potter look into this scheduling fiasco.
As usual and what has never changed, Dr. Potter and his staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and caring when dealing with their patients. Dr. Potter genuinely listens and then inquires about my physical activities and any joint issues I maybe experiencing.
