“Cedarbrook Outdoor Design (Chad Gregory) collaborated with my wife and myself in creating a screened porch and attached open deck to replace the deck I built 40 years ago. (Boy have the MoCo building codes changed.) Cedarbrook paid attention to small details, modifying and/or correcting them as needed and ultimately produced an attractive and functional outdoor living space (with three points if access to the house) for entertaining and our own enjoyment. One interesting design feature is incorporating a concrete platform for trash, yard waste, and recycling bins adjacent to the modified sidewalk and landing for steps to the elevated deck. They also dug up and hauled away an old unused sidewalk to outbuildings demolished long ago.“

“Steve and his teammate Miguel did a wonderful job with a few jobs around my house. Steve called me promptly after I reached out to him via his website. The main job was having them fix a vent cover that had blown off in a storm. Several home repair companies didn't have a tall enough ladder to do the job but Steve did! Miguel even said that if the vent cover came off again to call back and they would do a more permanent fix, but that he wanted to take a wait and see approach first. I was pleasantly surprised when Miguel was able to hang something using pre existing holes instead of patching the drywall. Miguel also did some work in a couple of my bathrooms.
