I cannot say enough wonderful things about Catherine at Esquire Hair Replacement Center. I brought my mother in to be fitted for a wig, and from the moment we arrived, Catherine treated her with such kindness, patience, and compassion. She took her time, made my mom feel comfortable, listened to her needs, and truly made her feel beautiful.

To our complete surprise, Catherine went above and beyond by gifting my mother the wig at no cost. It was an incredibly generous and emotional moment that we will never forget. Her heart, professionalism, and genuine care speak volumes about the kind of person she is and the values of her business.

Catherine was wonderful! I am starting chemotherapy next week and wanted to get ready for the hair loss. I called her for an appointment, got one the same day. Told her what I was looking for in a wig and she had them ready for me when I arrived. She was very helpful and so pleasant to talk with.The appointments make the wig shopping experience private which is wonderful when going through a stressful time with hair loss. I left with a very reasonably priced wig that looks exactly like my real hair when it is freshly cut and colored. I am thrilled!
