I was reading through reviews and saw a mix of positive and negative. Those who love Natalie’s would never go anywhere else, while others who had a bad first experience said they wouldn’t return. My mom and I have been getting our nails done there since I was very little, and it has always been something special we enjoy doing together. At Natalie’s, they always do their best to seat us together and make sure we’re comfortable—especially when I was younger.

I had Ann (i believe that was her name i unfortunately didn’t ask but heard her name!) she was phenomenal. I mean absolutely AMAZING with my nail art and doing my full set of acrylics. She took her time even with other clients waiting, you can tell she cares for each person and what they need or want. I will 1000% be going back to her!

This evening I had an appointment. I got my pedicure done, then Tom did my fill. I was waiting to get my design done, and they were running a little behind. It was close to closing. There was a lady sitting 3 seats down from me that was not being friendly to the nail tech doing her design. The nail tech was apologetic, and trying to explain things to this woman, and the customer didn’t wanna hear it. Natalie came out, explained to the customer that once the base design was done, she would do the 3D design that was asked for.
