He did an incredibly thorough job and made sure to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. The report he wrote was easy to understand and gave us the information we needed to make a confident decision about the house. The price of the inspection was also very reasonable. Rick pretty munched saved me a lot of future money problems. Thought I had found the right home…not!!! His thorough inspection and analysis of home showed me that you have to look beyond the pretty…Soon after I found my home and of Rick did the inspection and this was the one…I’m so very thankful that he takes his craft and expertise seriously…he’s a great inspector…would recommend him a thousand times over.
