Horrible experience. Literally paid $750 in early March for 6 treatments & we're less than a week away from July & we've only received 2 treatments. Last one 6 weeks ago on May 11th. Still have tons of clove. They told my wife they'd be out this past week & never even showed. The last time they did come she had to call them & ask where they were just like this time. Huge waste of money. Great 2 years ago. Not now. Better off using chemicals & paying a vet bill. Never use them again.

Chris Bartlett had been the ace in the hole for my lawn over the past 4-5 years. Troublesome weeds and multiple issues. Chris has single handily made my lawn the best it could be. I am very appreciative of Chris talking to me about my lawn care and providing tips along the way. I let Chris know that what he has accomplished is worth every penny I have spent on the lawn. Stephen always does a great job. He's very polite and always calls before coming. If I find weeds that were missed all i have to do is call and he comes back out no questions ask. NatuuraLawn will be my lawn care company again next year.

I saw no improvement in my lawn after over a year of service — complete waste of time and money. I clearly asked them to cancel my contract, but they kept coming and continued charging me. Poor results, poor communication, and billing after cancellation is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I just went to open my gate where your tech recently came out to seed and aerate our lawn and found the gate's bottom hinge blown out and tire marks on the front where the machine ran into the bottom of the gate which swings into the yard.
I really do not appreciate finding this after the fact and the lack of professionalism on the part of your technician to at the very least, report striking it.
