Mark and his team were great. They were professional, communicative, and prompt. They quoted and performed an electrical panel upgrade as well as quoted me on some other work. The panel upgrade was fast, we agreed to the work on Friday afternoon and they completed the work Tuesday and it was inspected and approved on Wednesday morning. They were well priced and gave me a better sense of customer care compared to the other larger contractors we had come out for quotes. I would use them again.
We used Mark Anderson Electrical services to instal overhead recessed lighting in 2 rooms with no pre-existing overhead lighting or access to the area above those rooms.
Our initial concern was over how much drywall cutting would be involved with the project considering we had already painted the walls and had crown molding in both areas. After getting several quotes, Mark seemed to have the same concern about the painted walls and stressed his preference for avoiding drywall cutting when at all possible. The other quotes we received mentioned many drwyall openings would need to be made (to include on our painted walls) and later repaired by a handyman.... read full review
Mark came to my home and evaluated my electrical panel upgrade. Gave us the best price for the best service. They even went beyond what they were required to do and fixed an additional problem they constellation did not find but was going to charge me an arm and leg. If I did not go to mark I would have paid for an upgrade which would have fix partial of the problem and the problem would have still been there. They are honest, experts at their craft, and professional and polite. They will always get my business!
