JEM Heating & Air Conditioning

I called JEM when my a.c. went out during this heat wave. Jeff sent Herman over and repaired it for us. I have to say anytime I have had their mechanics at my house they are nice, informative and very efficient. I would highly recommend Jeff and his crew!!! score 5 stars*****

Recently my heat pump stopped working forcing me to use the emergency heat. Jem came out, diagnosed and ordered the part which was covered under warranty. The tech showed on time and diligently worked outside for over 3 hours in 19 degree temps and snow to complete the job. Very respectful and professional gentleman. Ive used Jem in two different homes over the years..they never disappoint!

I have been using these folks for four years for service and preventative maintenance and everything has been running great. They are polite and on-time. They even change my filters for me as part of the preventative maintenance. I would recommend this local company.
