Brian, Colonial Lock Technician, repaired an early 1900's lock at my daughter's apartment entrance door that had been inoperable for many years. He replaced the the key cylinder, aligned the the jamb plate with this old lock's latch and dead bolt and keyed this old lock with the same key that was being used on the newer working door lock. By repairing this old lock, Brian was able to immeasurably enhance the security to my daughter's apartment. Brian is an excellent representative for Colonial Lock and should be commended and rewarded for same. This outcome far exceeded our expectations.
