I have used Colonial Lock several times. Twice in the last two days. The employees who work there, are awesome. Family owned business where everyone is helpful, and no one ever has an attitude. Increasingly hard to find these days. They are incredibly knowledgable, and beyond helpful, with incredibly fair pricing. They sucessfully made several spare keys for my almost 20yo Suzuki. Of which is impossible at Lowes, or H.Depot. As their key computers no longer even have Suzuki in them, hahaha. I have tried in the past, at 3-5 other establishments. This place is BEYOND amazing! After what had been an immensely stressful 24hrs, I handed the gentlemen my one and only key fob in shambles. I was ready and willing to pay $250-300 for a new one; as a single mom of 2, I just needed a way to start my car. They had cut me a new key, programmed a new fob and had it ready to go in 15 min. Oh and for $40!!!! I was mind blown. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as well. I was so relieved I started to tear up when I got in my car. This place is hands down the best!!!

This was my first time using them, and I will definitely use them again. Communication was great, service was great, and the price was excellent. I had my van key fob cut and programmed.
