Children's Urgent Care

Staff is friendly and place looks clean would rate that a 5 out of 5.
However communication and treatment is questionable. My son had a fever with zero other symptoms but because of length of fever (6 days)they sent me to ER with zero treatment wasting mine and the ER time as after a few quick test they determined it was the flu.
Thought we’d try them again and took my daughter. Told them symptoms and that she was not eating or drinking 3 days and not urinating enough they told me oh she isn’t dehydrated. Ended up at ER next day for fluids because of severe dehydration .

The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My youngest has autism, limited language, and is terrified of medical exams. The entire team was extremely patient with her, taking the extra time needed for a thorough and gentle examination. If you have a child who gets anxious about doctor visits, this is the place to go. The entire office, from the waiting room to the exam rooms, is designed with kids in mind, and the staff is welcoming and understanding every step of the way.

The staff here never fail me or my children when we need some medical answers. My recent visit with my son to children’s urgent care was a great experience. Unfortunately, my son has to go through what he went through, but with the quick knowledge of the providers there they were able to make assessment where we needed to be seen by the emergency room for further testing Now thank God nothing bad came out of this something very treatable Concern issue.
