I went to Carroll Vision Center very last minute because my eye doctor didn’t have any openings and I needed to be seen for asap. They were able to fit me in an hour after I called. I was see by Dr. Duong who was super helpful and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be going to him from now on!!
The entire staff is very personable and the care is always excellent. My two cataract surgeries were flawless. I am very grateful for the care I've received from Doctor Bittings.
I would like to specifically thank Sue. She answered the phone and helped me get my mother scheduled for an urgent appointment. They were fully booked and she checked with a supervisor and they were able to squeeze my mom in for an appointment. Where as other places I called quickly dismissed me due to a full schedule. Thank you, Sue and team!
