    I've been going to Carroll Vision Center for almost 30 years. The employees there are always courteous, helpful, and professional.
    Today I had an appointment with Doctor Bittings, an ophthalmologist, for the first time. He was very caring and personable. He was very thorough performing my dilated eye exam and explaining his findings.
    Dr. Bittings inquired about any problem with my vision and my Diabetes. I told him about a serious loss of blood sugar control after being taken entirely off of insulin. The physician wasn't responsive to my calls for help. They stuck to my scheduled appointment 6 months after the one where insulin was stopped and gave the response...read full review
