Jack Bayne holds classes at South Carroll Senior Center helping me, my husband and other seniors have a clearer understanding of the digital world. He asks questions of us, learns where we are in our current knowledge, and builds from there. He teaches, not over our heads nor down to us, and listens when we ask questions. His answers and his teaching methods improve our use of information and communication technology especially with regards to safety, healthcare, AI, password management, the cloud, etc. His explanations help us understand the logic and give us confidence in using digital technology.
