My husband and I had a great experience at the Westminster BJ's Optical. It was quick and easy to get both the eye exam and to select our frames. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. I've never had such a pleasant experience purchasing glasses!
This review is based on Peggy R. Peggy you are a super star! Thanks for helping me out while I was on vacation! My luggage didn't make it and I forgot my glasses and Peggy went above and beyond to help assist me with getting what I needed so that I could SEE on vacation! Hasn't happened to me since needing glasses/contacts and dealing with my original location in NY was horrific (I need to give them ZERO stars in NY location). So Peggy R gets my FIVE STARS for patience, support and getting it done. Thanks Peggy!!!!!
I just needed a prescription to order glasses online, and while I thought that this might be a "hurry up" corporate experience, I was OK with that. However, what I got was anything but corporate.The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable, and really took her time to ensure that any questions I had were answered. The exam, in my estimation, was top notch and alleviated any concerns I had (at least for now) related to hereditary eye issues that I'm worried about.Overall a very good experience, and I'd highly recommend!
